We are pleased to offer a wide selection of menu options for our customers with dietary sensitivities. All of our menu items are made from scratch using only fresh ingredients, making the majority of our dishes gluten free without having to change a thing. With the exception of our flatbreads, sandwiches and cakes, any dish can be made to accommodate a GF diet.
All of our salad dressings, soups, and sauces are homemade which facilitates our ability to help you make the right choices for any special dietary need. Our sauces are reductions, so you can be sure that there is no flour used as a thickening agent, and there is no soy used in anything.
We assure you that every meal GF or not is prepared and cooked separately in its own pan with separate utensils as they are ordered. Our Market Spiced Fries are made in a dedicated fryer and seasoned with pure spices making them absolutely gluten-free. If it’s pasta you crave, we can substitute our regular noodles with gluten free noodles, which are cooked in a separate pot.
While we are fully aware and make every effort to avoid cross-contamination, due to the fact that we are not solely a GF establishment, we cannot guarantee that cross-contact won’t occur.
